Lemon Ribbon, that’s a nice name. What is it all about?

Lemon Ribbon is an inspirational, contemporary kids' brand sparkling with energy and originality. Based around friendly and bright characters, we aim to introduce children and parents alike to a refreshing canvas of cheerful education. Find out more about Lemon Ribbon here.

Can I give the products to a baby? 

Our products are fully CE & EN71 (EU) certified but we don’t recommend them for babies unless noted in individual product descriptions or hangtags.

What packaging do you use? 

The gang know how important it is not to use unnecessary and harmful packaging. We send out our products in recyclable, FSC® certified and climate neutral boxes. Our branded tissue paper is eco-friendly, plastic free, made from recycled ingredients, uses eco-friendly water-based ink and is compostable to ensure we don't compromise the environment whilst delivering packaging you will love. 

Uh oh, my products have got dirty. How do I clean them?

Don’t worry, the gang are always making a mess but they know that it means the products are getting used!

All our character plush toys can be machine washed on a cold setting and then air dried – see individual labels for more details. For all other products, we recommend hand washing and rinsing with cool water before being allowed to air dry.

Brilliant, I want to buy some. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, American Express and PayPal payments. All payments are safe and our site is SSL encrypted.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Great. First check it’s still valid, then simply enter your code in the box provided within the checkout process and click apply. The order summary page will appear in the checkout. If you are ordering on a mobile or tablet please make sure to click on the "Show order summary" drop down at the top of the page.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We currently don’t offer a gift wrapping service, but our products do come protected in fun tissue paper and we can include a customised gift note.

If you would like a message sent with your order, after you have checked out please email us here with your order number and we will try our best to get this done before the order is sent.

How do I update my account details?

If you would like to update or change your delivery address please find this in your account area. If you wish to update your contact details then please note that currently customers are unable to do this within their account section, instead please do contact us at hello@lemonribbon.com and we can ensure your account details are updated. 

Where and how do you deliver?

Monster would love to deliver every order himself but we send all orders via the Royal Mail.

We ship our products internationally* and all our delivery details can be found here. 

*Unfortunately, due to the on going changes to the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement, we have suspended delivery to all addresses within the EU. We are doing everything we can to ensure we continue to ship to the EU as soon as possible. 

There is something wrong with my order and I want to return an item. What do I do?

We do check every product before we send it so we are genuinely sorry this has happened. We do accept returns or exchanges within 28 days of placing an order and details of how to return your products are here.
